SUBJECT: Consideration of an Economic Development Subsidy to CRDSV, LLC for a proposed Residence Inn by Marriot located at APN 024-031-19 in Scotts Valley, California, in accordance with Government Code section 53083
The Scotts Valley City Council will consider an economic development subsidy to CRDSV, LLC for the proposed Residence Inn by Marriot located at APN 024-031-19.
WARNING NOTICE:
If you challenge the above in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Scotts Valley (1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley) by 4:00 PM on October 1, 2025.
All interested persons are invited to attend the foregoing Public Hearing or send their written comments to the City Clerk, City Hall, 1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley, CA 95066 by 4:00 PM on October 1, 2025.
