SUBJECT: Consideration of updates to City of Scotts Valley’s Recreation Fees and Charges Schedule, effective January 1, 2027
The Scotts Valley City Council will consider updates to the Recreation Fees and Charges Schedule, with an effective date of January 1, 2027.
WARNING NOTICE:
If you challenge the above in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Scotts Valley (1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley) by 4:00 PM on October 21, 2026.
All interested persons are invited to attend the foregoing Public Hearing or send their written comments to the City Clerk, City Hall, 1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley, CA 95066 by 4:00 PM on October 21, 2026.
