YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT, pursuant to §54956 of the California Government Code, Mayor Moore hereby calls a Special City Council meeting of the Seal Beach City Council to be convened at Fire Station #48 - Community Room, 3131 North Gate Road, Seal Beach, California, 90740 on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

NOTE: There will be a mid-morning break and a lunch break will be taken around noon.
Please note that members of the public will be provided the opportunity to directly address the City Council concerning the items described above before the City Council considers such items. No other business shall be considered.
