CITY HALL IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DUE TO THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID- 19). THE PUBLIC MAY ATTEND THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING VIRTUALLY AND PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT. CITY COUNCIL MEETING VIA TELECONFERENCE PER CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54953(e) (1)(A) and (C); and the Seaside City Council's resolution authorizing virtual participation in public meetings given the COVID-19 pandemic.
