CALL TO ORDER
Mayor/Chair Oglesby called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL - ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM
PRESENT: Garcia-Arrazola, Oglesby, Pacheco, Wizard
ABSENT: Campbell
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
City Manager Jaime Fontes led the pledge.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9: POTENTIAL LITIGATION
City Attorney Sheri Damon read the closed session items for one matter of potential litigation and did not expect a read out.
There were no comments from the public.
Upon return from closed session, the City Attorney read the Council back in to open session and did not have any action to report.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
