1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Oglesby called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL – ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM
PRESENT: Garcia-Arrazola, Oglesby, Pacheco, Wizard
ABSENT: Campbell
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Finance Director, Victor Damiani
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
Diana Bergman, Robert Daniels
5. STUDY SESSION
A. STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION
Perla Rodriguez, of Volar Communications Strategic Consulting, led the Council through the study session of the 2022 City Council Priorities Work Plan, prepared by the City’s departments.
The Council identified their top five (5) priorities as:
Effective, Accessible Governance;
Vibrant Local Economy;
Diverse and Inclusive Community;
Enhanced Physical Infrastructure and Abundant Water Supply; and Community Safety and Quality of Life.
6. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
