1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor/Chair Oglesby called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL – ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM

ABSENT: GARCIA-ARRAZOLA

Led by City Manager Jaime Fontes.

5. CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Sheri Damon read the closed session items and did not anticipate any report of action.
City Council/Successor Agency entered into closed session at 5:15 p.m.

City Council/Successor Agency returned from closed session at 6:25 p.m.
Upon return from closed session, the City Attorney reported that outside counsel, Don Freeman was authorized to enter into contract to hire an investigator.
