Dear City Council and Chief Kilgore,
We have been participants in the Morris Street stake-holders' meetings from the beginning and have followed this parking ordinance process closely. We support the latest revision of the ordinance with the understanding that if the RVs on Morris Street do not move each morning they will be removed.
The one request we have is to have overnight parking end at 6:00AM for the safety and convenience of our employees and customers. We think 7:30 AM is too late. Our business opens at 4:30 AM and by 7:30 we have already been in operation for 3 hours.
Thank you for giving Sebastopol back our street for safe walking and parking, and for making our Little League park safer of our children. As Sebastopol residents and business taxpayers, we believe this ordinance will benefit our entire city.
