Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council,
My name is Landon Avila and I’m a freshman at West County High School. I played in Sebastopol Little League from Tball through Juniors which was my last year before high school. Last year I got to umpire little league games at Polley and I plan to umpire this year.
Polley Field is special as it’s only 1 of 2 fields in Sonoma County that has lights.
I hit my first home run at Polley Field, I umpired my first little league game at Polley Field, and I plan to watch my younger brother play his first game at Polley Field.
If you take away Polley Field, you take away our little league.
