I live next door to the proposed RV camp. There are now 4 RV's planted there. Some of the occupants have told me they moved up from Morris Street. I was assured by SAVS that my pets would be safely protected by a strong fence. One of the RV occupants (closest to my house) has a dog. There is no fence. There are no services. There is no security. The site is not ready for people to move in. Why are they here? City Council and SAVS promised the site would not be occupied before all systems were ready. They are not living up to their word.
