Dear City Council Members,
I am writing to request Option B for the renovation of Ives Park and the restoration of Calder Creek so Polley Field can continue it's tradition of Little League Baseball and Adult co-ed softball. Both of my children play in the Sebastopol LIttle League, and they are in awe of the games they play at Polley with the lights and tall bleachers. I also play in the adult co-ed sottball league at Polley field. I can only play in this league due to the close proximity of Polley field to my home in South Sebastopol. Polley Field is a well cared for, highly invested field that is a central part of downtown Sebastopol's culture. Please choose option B for the renovation so Sebastopol can both restore the Creek and keep Polley Field. It has a long, fond history in town and in the community of Sebastopol Little Leaguers.
