Dear City Council,
I know you have received a number of letters from our citizens that are very eloquent and ask a number of very important questions. I hope you respond to each and every letter.
I am very happy that you are considering reviewing your December, 2021 decision to change all water meters in Sebastopol. There is nothing wrong with our current water meters that require such a massive change.
Therefore, I stongly urge you to simply keep all our current water meters and save the city about $2,200,000.00.
Not only will the city save money, but you will not be irradiating the environment. You banned smart meters about 10 years ago. Please honor that ban today.
Radiation kills and it would be a supreme tragedy if your decision to irradiation our citizens resulted in the deaths of our citizens. I hope you have obtained the book I recommended, Radiation and Human Health by Dr. John Gofman. If you read this book, you will understand why I am writing this letter to you.
I wish you all the best of luck in your deliberations.
Sincerely,
Alan Horn
