Subject: Not so smart meters

I am 100% against installing new ‘smart’ water meters. The meters that are currently being used do the job without the cost of installing new ones.
I really do not need to know my moment to moment water usage.
Use the 2.2 million dollars to repair streets or simply keepin reserve for unforeseen needs in the future.
