Dear Council Members’
Your current parking proposal penalizes any person who cannot afford traditional housing and must reside in a trailer. These same people - usually Sebastopol citizens - also cannot afford to drive around all day. Your proposal is a draconian measure and penalizes others (visitors) as well.
PLEASE reconsider.
