Sebastopol was absolutely correct (divinely right even) to ban smart meters in 2013 and they are (DIVINELY) right to ban them NOW.

Dear City Council of Sebastopol,
Thank you for skipping (passing on the lame idea to
to replace our current water meters which are working
gloriously for 99.9% of us. I guess there are some
people who feel the need for more minute water usage
data and so allowing those relatively few folks to OPT-IN to get a digital meter is fine.
SMART METERS ARE BAD!!! And the majority of aware
and educated Sebastopol residents do not want or need
them.
I personally did the research on the smart meters that
PG&E was wanting every home in it's territory... to switch over to and the findings were conclusive. The amount of EMF was ridiculously high and it was obvious the meters would be collecting and communicating (to PG&E) very
detailed consumer usage information from every home
with a smart meter on it.
Sebastopol was absolutely correct (divinely right even) to ban smart meters in 2013 and they are right to ban them.
Thank you for making the right decision again, on
February 15th, 2022.
Sincerely,
Michael Douglas Norton
