As a resident of Sebastopol since 1971, 51 years, I respectfully ask that you PLEASE keep the current water meters. I am terribly concerned about the health ramifications to our residents, especially the children.
Please do not replace our water meters with smart water meters that cost 2.2 million dollars.
I think that kind of money can be utilized for more positive issues in Sebastopol.
Please search your heart to do the right thing.
