Dear Sebastopol Mayor Slater and City Council members,
I wish for no one to have to pay in order to retain their existing water meter or to have a non-RF transmitting water installed. Adding further RF signals to our environment has likely long term adverse health impacts, and a requirement to pay to opt out of having a Smart Meter installed and pay an additional monthly fee for the privilege is like paying a criminal gang for "protection" so they won't hurt you. Please find another way to insure adequate funding for the water department.
