To whom it may concern, hi. I am a resident of Sebastopol and I would like to voice my concern of the proposed new water meters. #1 cost. My water bill is already ridiculously high. 4 percent increase is ridiculous for something residents don't want.#2 We don't want more EMFs we already get plenty in this world. 3# they are not more energy efficient so they are not an improvement. 4# the non replaceable batteries they have. Will mean that every so often the whole device will need replacing so that's quite wastful and costly. 5# EMFs cause a range of health impacts. Please listen to your residents- Thank you.
