Dear City Council,
I have read the proposed ordinance and think it extremely short-sighted. Yes, RVs are large and unsightly. But who, during fire season, hasn't coveted her neighbor's RV? Given that fires are now an annual hazard, we all might need a quick way to get away and stay away should our home and town be threatened.
We have a homeless problem. We have an affordable housing crisis. Surely we can find a more compassionate approach to dealing with these issues.
