I urge Sebastopol City Council NOT to pass Parking Ordinance 1136. It is not ethical to criminalize people for being homeless, pushing our unhoused neighbors out of sight and out of mind. The compromise being proposed with the new RV village and these unethical parking limitations is not enough. The village is already at capacity while unhoused neighbors still remain. To enact Parking Ordinance 1136 would be elitist and punishing and out of alignment with the best version of an inclusive and vibrant Sebastopol community. -Sequoia Nacmanie, Sebastopol resident
