…this is precisely why proposals from out of our area (out of state in this instance) need to be evaluated. These folks are imposing this project on Sebastopol. Their motivation is to profit from this project, taking advantage of our weakened circumstances to build a huge complex on a too small lot in PRECISELY the wrong location for the people of Sebastopol. The problems with this project proposal are obvious and legion., and have been enumerated for you repeatedly over these past few years. You must work to protect us, our neighbors, our community, from this pathetic, clearly dangerous, proposal. Your statement suggests this is not your intent. I beseech you to reconsider.
Please. Act in the best interests of our community and stop Woodmark. It violates all levels of common sense for our friends and neighbors, our community, here in Sebastopol.
The facts regarding the dangers it brings to our safety are very real.
