NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sebastopol will hold a public hearing to consider the Proposed Budget for fiscal year 2022-23.
The City Council Meeting Scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, 2022, will be conducted virtually in accordance with Governor Newsom’s State of Emergency declaration regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, Executive Order N-29-20, and the Guidance for Gatherings issued by the California Department of Public Health and Sonoma County Public Health Officer. City Councilmembers and staff will participate in the meeting virtually, while practicing social distancing, from individual remote locations.
The City Council Regular meeting will be held via teleconference pursuant to AB 361. Pursuant to AB 361 (2021), Teleconference Restrictions of the Brown Act Have Been Suspended, as Well as the Requirement to Provide a Physical Location for Members of the Public to Participate in the Meeting. The City of Sebastopol City Council meeting will not be physically open to the public and all City Council Members will be teleconferencing into the meeting via Zoom.

Anyone interested may attend virtually by phone or computer and be heard at this meeting. Zoom Information will be available 72 hours prior to the City Council meeting.

For this meeting, the City of Sebastopol will be utilizing the Program ZOOM which allows for audio and visual participation.

Members of the public may provide public comment for this item and public comments shall identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of the email. Comments should be received by 12:00 pm on Tuesday June 14, 2022 for comments to be included into the staff report. Members of the public may provide public comment for specific agenda items by sending comments to the City by email at [email protected] and [email protected] to be included as part of public comment for this item. Such comments shall be received No Later Than 5:00 pm on Tuesday June 21, 2022. All comments should be a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time. You may also leave a voice mail that will be written into the record. Please call 707-823- 5331 to leave a message (by recording or comments provided verbally to City staff). If recorded, your voice mail will be transcribed and provided to the City Clerk as a public record but will not be read into the minutes at the City Council meeting. Comments received after posting of the agenda will be provided to the Council and made part of the public record.
If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Sebastopol, at, or prior to, the public hearing.
