CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION
MEETING OF June 28, 2022
As Approved by the City Council at their regular meeting of July 5, 2022 The City Council Regular meeting was held via teleconference pursuant to AB 361. Pursuant to AB 361 (2021), Teleconference Restrictions of the Brown Act Have Been Suspended, as Well as the Requirement to Provide a Physical Location for Members of the Public to Participate in the Meeting. The City of Sebastopol City Council meeting was not be physically open to the public and all City Council Members teleconferenced into the meeting via Zoom.
Please note that minutes are not meant to be verbatim minutes and are meant to be the City’s record of Actions Taken (Approved Motion of Agenda Item).
5:00 pm City Council Special Meeting – Closed Session (ZOOM Virtual Meeting Format Only) CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Slayter called the meeting to order at 5:02 pm.

This is a Special Meeting, pursuant to provisions of Government Code §54957, this is the time provided for members of the public to address the City Council regarding matters of municipal concern for the item listed below (maximum of three minutes per speaker) prior to adjournment into Closed Session.
A member of the audience thanked the Council for understanding what is going on in the community and supporting the community.
Mayor Slayter adjourned into the Closed Session.
City Council Adjourn Into Closed Session on the Following Matters:

2. Public Employee: Amendment to Contract of Employee pursuant to GC § Section 54957(B)(1) as cited in the Brown Act (Employee: City Manager/City Attorney)
3. Public Employee: Amendment to Contract of Employee pursuant to GC § Section 54957(B)(1) as cited in the Brown Act (Employee: City Clerk)
ADJOURNMENT OF CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Slayter adjourned the closed session at 6:08 pm.
RECONVENE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING (OPEN SESSION): Mayor Slayter reconvened the Special City Council Meeting at 6:09 pm
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION: The Council was in unanimous consensus to approve contracts for City Manager and City Clerk.
ADJOURNMENT OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING : Mayor Slayter adjourned the Special City Council Meeting Closed Session at 6:10 pm.
