Dear Sebastopol Council Members,
I am deeply saddened and disappointed that you, representing our “green” and “conscious" community of Sebastopol, are not taking seriously the dangers to all living things, most especially our children, of the impact of EMFs by supporting the “smart” water meter deployment program here.
I urge you to reconsider your stand on this matter. All the scientific findings I’ve read about the effects of this unnecessary radiation on our health and environment point to it being grossly inappropriate and unwelcome here.
Sebastopol has been a leader in its environmental policies and its Council consistently attuned and responsive to the needs of its residents. With no evidence the technology you’re supporting for water meters offers a positive improvement over less invasive approaches, I hope you will hear those of us deeply disturbed by your position and revisit the information being provided to you that challenges your beliefs in the benefits of this action.
