INTRODUCTION:/PURPOSE:
This item is to request that the Mayor and City Council Consider and make an appointment for one opening on the Planning Commission. This opening is available to a resident of the City or a resident of the ‘outside city limit’ area defined by the three school districts (Sebastopol Union, Twin Hills, or Gravenstein Union.) BACKGROUND:
The City Council earlier in the evening conducted interview(s) with the following individual the Planning Commission:

The Council is asked to consider appointment(s) to the one opening on the Planning Commission based on the interview(s) conducted earlier in the evening, or the City Council could consider re-posting the opening(s) for future Council interview/appointment. Appointment(s) are for four years and the term ending date for appointment(s) made tonight will be December 3I, 2026.
