Dear City Council,
I have heard that you wish to move public comment to the end of your meetings. ?????? Your meetings go on forever and I, for one, cannot stay up until all the other stuff has ended. I think many of us, your aging populace, feel the same way. If you don"t want to hear from us, SAY SO. Don't pretend you do but then make it practically impossible for us to speak.
I can't believe that you would actually do such a thing. I have always thought highly of you in the past. Please, say it isn't so.
