Subject: Mobile Home Space Rent Stabilization

Dear City Council Members,
I am a senior who moved back to Sonoma County in 2015 to be closer to my parents who needed more care at the time. I was lucky to find an affordable mobile home in Fircrest Mobile Home Park. I live on a fixed income and at the time, the space rent was quite reasonable. This year's 6% increase is definitely hard on myself and others living in the park.
I am requesting that you amend the current RSO to limit space rent increases to no more than 70% of the CPI with a 4% cap.
