I support a rent stabilization ordinance which only allows an annual rent increase of 50% of the CPI with a cap of 4% and does not allow any rent increase when there is a vacancy in Fircrest Mobile Home Park.
Higher rents than the above would eventually price me out of Sebastopol, CA.
