Dear Council Members,
It has come to my aten�on there are discrepancies in the agenda as it was posted 72 hours before the mee�ng and as it stands now. There is also a typo that can be consequen�al in the council ac�ng on issues.
Not only does Agenda Item 15 need to be pulled from the November 7, 2023 mee�ng but there needs to be an explana�on to the public about what went on. If this council is truly commited to equity and transparency the public needs to know what has transpired behind the scenes.
As the Brown Act states: No�ce and agenda for the regular mee�ng must be posted 72 hours in advance.
It seems as if you are in viola�on of the Brown Act, which is against Government Code sec�on 54954.2.
