To whom it may concern,
I hope you vote to allow tiny houses within Sebastopol. Many young people who grew up in Sebastopol can't afford to live here anymore because of the high cost of rentals.
This would be a mutually beneficial move for homeowners and renters and would increase affordable housing in Sebastopol, which is something we so desperately need. Tiny houses are easy to install and inexpensive.
I know some people are already illegally installing tiny houses onto their properties and having this new law in place would help keep those properties inspected in a safe manner that's up to code.
Please consider this message and take it into account when housing is being discussed.
