Thanks for your response. This statement from item G2 in the EIFD ad hoc committee's report seems to imply that only specific projects chosen by the PFA and included in the IFP would be eligible for funding after after the EIFD has been created.
The IFP specifies the projects the EIFD will fund, the tax revenues each participating entity will contribute, as well as many other details regarding the EIFD. It is in the PFA’s authority to make these essential decisions.
Is my interpretation of the above statement correct? If so, please confirm and if not, please clarify.

POTENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
Do specific infrastructure projects have to be declared as the purpose of an EIFD during its creation and the revenue generated spent only on the declared projects, or does creation of an EIFD establish a general revenue fund that can be spent on any or all of the potential projects listed in the ad hoc committee's report out at the discretion of whomever presides over the EIFD after it's inception?
Please answer this question during the December 19 council meeting.
