Zoom Mee�ngs #15
Dear Council,
I feel it is necessary to con�nue hybrid mee�ngs for the following reasons:
- It keeps ci�zens, who are unable to atend mee�ngs in person, in the conversa�on and shows a willingness on the part of the Council to understand people’s limita�ons.
- Ci�zens can comment on issues brought up from the agenda a�er the Council has discussed but before voted on. A public comment may change a Councilmembers opinion or provide relevant informa�on that Council may not have been aware of. This would not be possible if ci�zens can only provide a public comment before or a�er a mee�ng.
- It is important for Councilmembers to hear from ci�zens and for ci�zens to hear from each other.
Please keep zoom mee�ngs for the transparency it affords our litle city.
