I urge the Council to support and pass Agenda Item 4 on the agenda for the February 20 meeting, in which:
The City of Sebastopol join the United Nations, Amnesty International, World Health Organization, world leaders, religious leaders, and citizens of the world everywhere in calling for an immediate and permanent CEASEFIRE, an end to all armed hostilities, and the prompt release of all hostages on both sides, and then communicate this decision to the Federal Government, including President Joe Biden.
Thank you for your caring consideration of this very important issue.
