Dear city council, My name is Gwen Butler and I am writing to urge you to sign a ceasefire resolution. I am a 17 year old citizen born and raised in Sebastopol, a town that has always centered the idea of peace. It is time to solidify that idea we hold as a town by adding our name to the ceasefire resolution, and stand up against the horrific genocide that is taking place in Palestine. We must promote peace.
