Dear city council,
I am a teacher in Sebastopol. I am writing to express my support for the Ceasefire Resolution.
I want to see us join over 100 municipalities across the nation to call for an end to the violence on Palestinians.
We must support peace! 65% of the 28,000 civilians killed in Gaza are women and children.
We must be a stand for humanitarian rights for all people.
We must fund healing, not war. We want to be able to tell our children that we protected the lives of children and were on the right side of history.
