Greetings from Rancho Llano. I was born in Sebastopol. I love all the peoples. I have POMO Indian blood in me, and I believe every thing needs to be opened up for discussion on agenda items. I heard through the wind that Corporation of City of Sebastopol is making a unilateral decision without discussion. This is not fair practice. I am referring to the cease fire resolution.
