Re: Senior Center funding
Dear Council Members,
I strongly encourage you to continue funding the Senior Center. I am a driver for people who cannot otherwise get to appointments and shopping, so I see first hand how valuable this and other services are to seniors.
If you have visited the Center lately you have seen that it is full of seniors attending numerous functions from tax prep help to the fine Harvest Cafe, exercise classes to book clubs.
Please continue funding this essential and vibrant part of the community.
Thanks,
Richard Nichols
