Sebastopol City Council,
First, I understand that many voices are vying for your attention, and I appreciate the weight of your decisions.
With this email, I am asking that you take an extra moment to consider the citizens of Sebastopol who, as a population, depend on your support more than most.
For the many seniors who live in and around Sebastopol, the Sebastopol Senior Center is a lifeline. More than the classes or programs the Center offers, the family it brings together for those who are alone and may be unable to venture beyond their homes without help, the Center is vital. For all of us, the warmth and faces it provides are as nourishing as food or medicine.
Please do not forget the Center when crafting the City's budget.
Thank you,
Alison Ronald
