Dear Council Members
A time comes when silence is betrayal. As elected officials and as American Citizens I urge you to support the petition calling for a cease fire in Gaza. I make this request as an honoree on the Sebastopol Living Peace Wall, as the President of Veterans for Peace Chapter 71 and as a former US Naval officer who served four tours in Vietnam.
While I am not a resident of Sebastopol as President of the Sonoma County chapter 71 of Veterans for Peace I am writing on behalf of all the veterans of our chapter including many who are residents of Sebastopol.
Stop the killing by bombs and and starvation of women and children NOW! Peace Fred Ptucha
