Subject: Please pass ceasefire resolution!
Hello -
Thank you for your work to support a thriving Sebastopol! This town has been a home for my family and l, and our communities, for over 15 years. I have so much love for this place! The last few months are the first time that I have written to the city Council, in hopes that we pass a cease-fire resolution and stand up for Peacetown. Since the federal government has not stopped using our tax money to send bombs to kill innocent civilians in Gaza, it seems up to us to send a message by joining over 100 American municipalities in passing a resolution. The language is not radical, it is balanced and fair. The violence that is happening in Palestine is vastly unequal, and anything we can do to support in humanitarian ways, I feelwe have a civic duty to do.
