I'm writing with a request. Would it be possible for your staff to create a spreadsheet that shows historic data from FY14-15 through FY23-24 including:
• Sebastopol's Public Works Support for the Sebastopol Area Senior Center and the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center
• Sebastopol's Contributions to the Sebastopol Area Senior Center and the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center
• The Sebastopol Area Senior Center's operating expenses for each associated calendar year (these public records might be most easily obtained via a direct request from you)
• The Sebastopol Community Cultural Center's operating expenses for each associated calendar year (these public records might be most easily obtained via a direct request from you)
• The percentages that Sebastopol's Public Works Support and Contributions represent of each nonprofit's operating expenses
Presenting this information to the community would provide perspective wrt how great the impact to each agency might be if Sebastopol must discontinue such support going forward due to lack of its own financial stability.
