As a former volunteer driver for 12 years with the Sebastopol Senior Center, I met many local seniors who cannot drive anymore. They were so very grateful for the free rides to their various medical appointments, most of which were in Santa Rosa.
As my husband David and are now 80 years old, we may have need for an occasional ride ourselves in the future.
This program is just one of the many wonderful things provided by our Senior Center and we urge you to continue funding this institution.
