Subject: Support for the Cease Fire Resoultion

I want to express my support for the Cease Fire Resolution as currently drafted and urge the Councilmembers to adopt it. It seems fair and balanced although it should be updated with the current casualty numbers for both Israelis and Palestinians since the numbers in the resolution are old, from Jan. 4th. Afterall Sebastopol calls itself Peace Town.
Also, why is the Council entertaining a proposal from the Chamber of Commerce to waive $14k in fees for the Apple Blossom Festival when it has a budget problem?
