Dear City Council,
I'd like to leave our policy as is regarding public comments. Perhaps I'll feel differently after hearing the hate expressed; but, I think we should try to deal with its content in a public way. Free speech is not unconditional at anytime; but, I think we should test ourselves before we censor speech related to our government.
