Hello,
The situation in Gaza is dire and the need for the United States to speak up against the genocide is important to put an end to the brutality being waged against the Palestinian civilians. While our elected officials in Washington are turning a deaf ear to the cries for justice, many cities across the nation are listening and passing ceasefire resolutions. In our own county, cities, commissions and school boards have adopted resolutions. Taking a stand against the atrocities committed by the Israeli government and funded with our tax dollars is the least we can do as communities. I urge you to do the right thing, the humanitarian thing, and pass a ceasefire resolution.
