I oppose the Cease Fire Resolution. If a resolution is intended to represent the majority opinion of our residents, this resolutions does not! This resolution overly simplifies and presents an unbalanced view to extremely complex issues that will act to divide our City. Comparing Sebastopol to other Cities who have passed resolutions is not justification, just as comparing our City to others who have not established a resolution (San Francisco Mayor opposed).
Hamas is undisputedly a terrorist organization and shields themselves with civilian populations.
