Hi Diana,
I did not attend the March 19th meeting but I can imagine it was painful and frustrating.
My question is can you continue the Zoom presentation without audio input from the watchers but enabling them to submit written questions that can be screened before they reach the audience? Like a raised hand icon that is diverted to a screener who can pick and choose what written questions are appropriate.
Otherwise I would go for the 60 day trial period of Zoom cool down where online participants can look and listen but not be heard.
