Dear Council Members,
I urge you to cease your discussion of a ceasefire in Israel/Gaza/Palestine and remove it from the April 16 meeting agenda. The town council of the small town of Sebastopol, of which I am a 25 year resident, has no business or expertise in this matter. Nor is it a good use of your/our time. We elected you to manage our town, so please do that. The number one matter at hand is the financial crisis facing Sebastopol. Until that is resolved, I strongly urge you to focus the meetings and your energy on that. The newspaper articles I've read say that Sebastopol is millions of dollars in the hole. How are you going to solve that? Please do not waste precious meeting time on the Middle East. Solve the financial crisis here at home.
