To all concerned, as a long time (45 year) resident and a commercial builder , I want to comment on the proposed and approved project for homeless and low income housing on north Gravenstein hwy, across from taco bell.
As a long time builder and investor in property and development I am totally in approval of this proposal.
As to the concerns by the city of liability, I have full faith that Jack Tibbets has all the financial resources needed to compete the project. If the city had liability concerns , then early on they could have been a limited partner not a general partner , this may have prevented the joint and several liability to the city.
