NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sebastopol has scheduled a public hearing for a Development Agreement and Ordinance with the City of Sebastopol from Daniele Petrone representing MV Hotel Sebastopol, LLC, to extend the building permit and other entitlements, as well as the Fee Agreement previously approved by the City for a 66-room hotel with several buildings, and including a lobby and reception area, hostel rooms, retail space, artist-makerstudios, restaurant, bar, lounge, wellness center, public courtyard, private gardens, outdoor rooftop decks, meeting rooms and other hotel amenities. No changes to the approved design or uses are proposed.
